Conflicts of interest

The cleanest way to manage a conflict is not to have one. Here is how Dreamer is built so our interests cannot cut against yours.
Version 2026-10-28

Plain-language draft

This document describes how Dreamer actually works today and is being reviewed by our legal advisers before launch. The signed version will replace it here, at this address, with its date.

1. How Dreamer earns

Dreamer earns the membership and the 0.5% platform fee, paid by you, shown before you pay. That is the whole model. Dreamer receives no commission, rebate, referral fee or soft benefit from any fund manager, bank or product supplier, and none of them owns any part of Dreamer.

2. Why no fund is ever recommended

Dreamer never recommends, ranks, badges or defaults a fund, because a recommendation is where a conflict would live. Every fund on Dreamer is shown with its fee before you choose, and the choice is always yours.

3. Gifts and incentives

Nobody at Dreamer or Tigris Wealth may accept any gift or incentive from a product supplier that could influence what appears on the platform or how it is presented. Any immaterial benefit is recorded in a register, which the compliance officer reviews.

4. The formal policy

Dreamer operates under the conflict of interest management policy maintained with Tigris Wealth (Pty) Ltd (FSP 53984) in terms of the FAIS General Code of Conduct. Request the full document at support@dreamer.money.
