A percentage of whole amounts
A purchase that lands exactly on a round number has no change. Add 1%, 2%, 5%, 10% of every purchase on top, so the habit never skips a week.
A monthly cap
Set a ceiling of R200, R500, R1 000 or none at all. When the cap is reached, collection pauses until the first of the month.
A default dream
Round-ups land in one dream unless you say otherwise. Change the destination whenever a different dream needs it more.
Pause
A tight month is a tight month. Pause round-ups with one tap and pick up again when you are ready. Nothing else changes.

Invested, not saved, so growth earns growth
- Most of the total is growth, not what you put in

More on the bank linkRound-upquestions
What is a round-up?
The gap between what you paid and the next round amount. A R47.20 coffee rounded to R50.00 puts R2.80 toward your dream. You choose the round amount: R2, R5, R10, R20, R50 or R100.
Does such small change really add up?
It does, because it is invested rather than saved, and then it compounds. The app's own example: R450 a month for 30 years at 10% growth a year, about 9% after all fees, comes to R823 834, of which R162 000 is what you put in and R661 834 is growth. Projections are estimates based on your current contributions, not guarantees. Your capital is at risk.
When is the change collected?
Every Friday. Dreamer adds up the week's round-ups and moves the total into your Dream Account in one collection, so your bank statement shows one line a week, not fifty.
Can I control how much is rounded up?
Yes. Pick the round amount, add an optional percentage of whole purchases, and set a monthly cap of R200, R500 or R1 000 if you want a ceiling. You can pause round-ups at any time.
Can Dreamer move money out of my bank account?
No. The bank link is read-only, through a licensed open-banking provider. Dreamer can see your transactions to calculate round-ups; it can never move money out of that account. You disconnect it whenever you like.
